The Christmas Eve Brunch + Dinner Buffets at Latest Recipe present scrumptious appetizers such as sustainable keta salmon marinated with whiskey. Seafood on ice, from King crab to Baby octopus, is spectacular. Vibrant live stations include Risotto of Prosecco + Venetian cod fish ravioli. The carvery hums with roasted turkey + Maple syrup glazed Iberian pork. Dessert highlights include Italian Milanese Panettone filled with chocolate ganache and live stations whipping up Modernist Peach Melba + Crêpes Dame Blanche.
