Three talented young harpists who won the Tamnak Prathom Harp Centre’s annual “Harp Competition 2013” will be performing at Goethe Institute on March 8 at 5pm.
Presented by Tamnak Prathom Harp Centre, “The Winners’ Concert” will feature Puntaree Wudhipornpong (first prize), Pinnaree Yontararak (third prize) and Takkamol Duongsawat (commendation).
Sharing the stage will be Tamnak Prathom alumni Chayamol Sanmueng, a harpist of the Royal Thai Air Force who holds a bachelor’s degree in music from the Queensland Conservatorium in Australia.
She will be performing a concerto for harp by Karl Dittersdorf with members of the RTAF Chamber Orchestra under the baton of Thanwa Thungthong.
There is no admission fee. Goethe Institute is located on Soi Goethe, Sathorn 1.
