French magician and clown Mimosa will wow Bangkokians with his “Clown and Magic” show, in the auditorium of Alliance Francaise, on Feb 7 at 4pm.

The French performer, whose real name is Hervé Le Marchand, blends magic, mime and juggling in his act. Many of his tricks require audience participation, giving children the opportunity to take part in the show.

A graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris, Marchand won the special prize at the 1989 Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in Paris. He has performed in France, Belgium and Japan, where he is especially in-demand. He also wrote the book, Magie Sans Artifices (Magic Without Tricks).

Tickets cost 450 baht (300 baht for members and students). Alliance Francaise is on Witthayu Road. Email warittha.kraiwee@afthailande.org or call 02-670-4222.
