Several world-class magicians will be flown into Bangkok to give debut performances during the Thailand International Magic Extravaganza 2015 which takes place at The Promenade, Ram Intra Road, from Oct 29 to Nov 1.

Held to celebrate the lifestyle shopping mall’s grand opening after a one-and-a-half-year renovation, the event is a rare chance to witness magic skills by top acts.

Featured are Alis Kim and Luna from Barcelona, Spain; Neil Coswell from Canada; Kenris from France; and Joe M. Turner from Las Vegas.

The extravaganza will kick off with three shows starting from 2pm on Oct 29.

Legendary tango dancer champion Kenris will incorporate his dance skills into an exciting illusionary act.

Neil Coswell will fuse American culture into his one-of-a-kind magic show, and Alis Kim will give a special illusion show featuring Thai actress Praiya Suandokmai as his guest partner.

Set to amaze the audience on Oct 30 at 6pm will be Turner, a professional speaker widely respected as a leader in the field of corporate magic. Kenris will give a full-scale performance after that. The following day, on Oct 31, will once again see new tricks by Kenris and Neil Coswell who will perform from 6pm to 7pm. The last day on Nov 1 is reserved for a full-scale show by the duo Alis Kim and Luna, from 5pm to 6pm.

Another highlight is the “International Magic Competition” which will run daily at 2.30pm from Oct 29-31. The final round is on Nov 1 at noon.

This is followed by the award presentation ceremony at 2.30pm.
