Official description

The famous Benjasiri Park, located next to the Emporium shopping complex, will be turned into a garden of love and happiness during the “We Love Park” festival from this coming Friday to Sunday, 3pm-9pm.

Organised for the first time by the Bangkok Metropolitan Authority, the fun-filled festival will feature many kinds of entertaining shows for everyone in the family including international street shows, music performances, live painting, fantasy make-up and storytelling.

Among the world-renowned shows set to delight the Thai audiences will be a balloon performance by Syan, a balloon magician from Japan who will create a twisted balloon in both Japanese and western styles; and a contact juggling show by Darwin Pimentel from Venezuela who will combine juggling tricks with fire, music, dancing and a unicycle.

Children will also enjoy musical puppetry by Grego from the US, stilt-walking antelopes by Teatro Pavana from the Netherlands, storytelling by Kradanhok group and fantasy face painting by a group of artists.

There will also be a variety of live music performed on classical guitar, flute, piano and violin.
