Ten days of arts, crafts at Future Park

The Royal Projects and eight embassies in Thailand are joining hands to present their products at special prices during the “Arts of the Kingdom … Our Motherland” fair at Future Park, Phahon Yothin Road, from tomorrow to Aug 14.

Held to mark HM the Queen’s 84th birthday on Aug 12, the 10-day fair will feature quality products from the Royal Projects and related foundations including the Kanchanapisek Royal Project, Bangsai Arts and Crafts Centre, Tak Roy Soy Rak Shop, Phufa Shop, Dr Namjai Shop, Friends in Need (of “Pa) Shop and the Queen Sirikit Department of Sericulture.

This is an opportunity to shop for outstanding products such as skincare, perfume, chocolate, wine, jam, honey and bakery products from Austria, France, Portugal, Denmark, Italy, Russia, Morocco and Korea. They are selected especially for this fair by their respective embassies in Bangkok.

The fair also features an exhibition where visitors will learn more about many royal duties Her Majesty has carried out throughout 60 years, namely the Highland Agricultural Development Project and Baan Lek Nai Pa Yai Project.

Visitors are also invited to join the candle-lighting ceremony held to pay tribute to Her Majesty on Aug 12 starting at 7.19pm at the Zappening zone, ground floor.
