All-day workout

Good news for health enthusiasts and fitness fanatics! Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok is hosting the “Fit & Fun Sunday” this Sunday from 8am-6.30pm.

Held in collaboration with Cascade Club, Thailand’s premier health club, and a yoga studio, Trika Yog, the all-day workout will present 12 classes of yoga and fitness of various disciplines conducted by Bangkok’s leading teachers and instructors.

Each class runs either one hour or 90 minutes. The line-up includes Hatha Pranayama yoga, lyengar yoga, Sivananda yoga, Ashta yoga, mat Pilates, Zumba dance, body combat, Fuze Pilates and Fuze functional training.

Besides the workout classes, there will be a healthy goods fair featuring a number of stalls where a variety of healthy foods and products will be available.

Shoppers will get free samples or giveaways from Better Shake and hand towels from the hotel, and join a healthy lunch talk and food demonstrations conducted by a health coach. The fair will present many activities with ding vouchers as prizes to be used at the hotel.

The fee is 699 baht which allows you to join as many classes as you desire.
