Positioned proudly on Sathorn Road, the Blue Elephant Cooking School & Restaurant Bangkok is brought to life in an elegant, century-old colonial style mansion, listed by Thailand’s Fine Arts Department. The restaurant’s world-renowned founder, Chef Nooror Somany Steppe, serves a rainbow of tradition and novelty in a menu based on fresh local ingredients. Dating back over 40 years, when the first Blue Elephant Restaurant opened in Brussels, Belgium, Chef Nooror has incorporated some of her best memories from her long experience abroad into her menu as well. Now, Chef Nooror continues to create new and unique menus with a focus on Thai herbs for health, superfoods, organic products, free-range poultry and Wagyu beef from provincial and Royal Thai Project farms. Blue Elephant also sells a line of premium curry pastes, seasonings and ready-to-cook sets that are exported to over 30 countries. Blue Elephant’s ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat items are now available for home delivery. Online cooking demonstrations by Chef Nooror and her culinary team are also available.
