HANOI: Vietnam's economic growth quickened to 6.81% this year from 6.21% in 2016, according to preliminary government estimates released on Wednesday.
In the last quarter of the year, the Southeast Asian nation's economy expanded 7.65% from 6.68% in the same period last year, the General Statistics Office said in its report.
