The Department of Intellectual Property has warned manufacturers and sellers of fake Toon Bodyslam's charity run T-shirts they could face legal action.
The department said on its Facebook on Tuesday makers of the counterfeit product would be jailed up to four years and/or fined up to 800,000 baht.
Sellers would face a jail term no more than two years and/or maximum fine of 400,000 baht, it said.
Department officials have checked Bobe market for possible the fake T-shirt of the rocker but did not disclose the findings.
"Anybody seeing the fake products of the Kaokonlakao project can inform us. The department will promptly take action," it added.

The campaigners of the project have made T-shirts and caps to support Toon on his run to buy equipment for 11 state hospitals.
Many factories have refused to make them after they were approached by opportunist traders wanting to take advantage of the event.
Toon -- Artiwara Kongmalai -- entered Surat Thani from Nakhon Si Thammarat on Tuesday. The frontman of Bodyslam will end his run on Tuesday in Kanchanadit district. His next stop will be Muang district.
The rocker has been running more than 550 kilometres since his start in Betong district in Yala on Nov 1. Donations reached 226 million baht and the figure keeps going after his twelve days on the roads.
He plans to reach Mae Sai district in Chiang Rai on Dec 25.
