BRIGHTON, England: Two early goals put Chelsea in charge and they never looked back en route to a 4-0 win over Brighton and Hove Albion in their Premier League match at Falmer Stadium on Saturday.

Eden Hazard and Willian struck within the first six minutes, with Hazard scoring again in the 77th minute and Victor Moses adding a left-footed strike a minute from full time.

The victory lifts Chelsea into second place on 50 points, level with Manchester United who are at home to Burnley later on Saturday, and three ahead of Liverpool, who travel to last-place Swansea on Monday evening. Brighton lie 16th with 23 points pending the outcome of later matches.

The hosts began Saturday having lost only one of their last 10 Premier League matches at home. Chelsea had won only one of their last five away league contests.
