Former Arsenal flop Nacer Barazite has joined Thai League 1 champions Buriram United, club chairman Newin Chidchob said on Wednesday.
The 29-year-old forward joined the Thunder Castle from the UAE's Al Jazira SCC.
The Dutchman had only a couple of first-team appearances as a substitute during his spell at English Premier League side Arsenal from 2007-2011.
During the stint at the London club, Barazite was loaned to English side Derby County and Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem.
He has also played for French club Monaco and Austria Vienna with little success.
He played alongside the likes of Daley Blind, Georginio Wijnaldum and Virgil van Dijk in the Netherlands' junior teams.
Barazite will wear the No.39 shirt at Buriram in the second half of the season which begins this weekend.
The arrival of Barazite means the end of Pedro Junior's spell at the Thai League 1 leaders.

The Thunder Castle said they had terminated their contract with the Brazilian striker because his performance was not worth his one-million-baht monthly salary.
Meanwhile, Jaycee John Okwunwanne has made a return to True Bangkok United after leaving the club in 2017.
The Nigerian-born Bahrain striker rejoins Bangkok United from Malaysian Super League side Felda United.
In another development, Chonburi have signed Brazilian Junior Lopes.
The 31-year-old defender is the sixth player brought in by the Sharks' new coach Sasom Pobprasert.
The other five are Datsakorn Thonglao, Herlison Caion, Mongkol Namnuad, Witthaya Mudlam and Teerathep Winothai (on loan from Bangkok United).
Under Sasom, Chonburi have beaten SCG Muang Thong United and lost to Chainat in Thai League 1.
The Sharks will face Buriram this weekend.
After 15 games, Buriram have 32 points, ahead of Bangkok United and Port who both have 28 points.
