Thailand will face Southeast Asian rivals Malaysia in their opening game at next week's King's Cup tournament in Chiang Mai following Monday's draw.
The four-team event will take place at Chiang Mai's 700th Anniversary Stadium from Sept 22-25.
Trinidad and Tobago will meet Tajikistan in the tournament's opening match at 5.30pm on Sept 22 and will be followed by Thailand v Malaysia game at 8.30pm.
The winners will play in the final and the losers face off in the third-place play-off, both scheduled for Sept 25.
Thailand manager Nualphan Lamsam said Japan-based stars Chanathip Songkrasin and Supachok Sarachart will play in the tournament.
Defender Nicholas Mickelson of Denmark's OB Odense is injured, she said.
Meanwhile, holders Buriram United were held to a 1-1 home draw by Muang Thong United in Thai League 1 on Sunday night.
Uzbekistan's Sardor Mirzaev gave Muang Thong a 1-0 half-time lead and Thailand forward Suphanat Mueanta equalised for the Thunder Castle in the 58th minute.
Buriram's Supachai Chaided sent the ball into the back of the net in injury time only for it to be ruled out after a VAT check.
Buriram coach Masatada Ishii rued his team missed chance to get three points and said his men lacked sharpness up front.
The result left the Thunder Castle in fifth place with 11 points, only two adrift of co-league leaders Bangkok United and Ratchaburi.
