CHON BURI - The third phase of a seaside bridge in Chon Buri has been opened, to the joy of motorists seeking to escape traffic congestion in this tourist province.
The 1.5 kilometre section between Wong Wian Rue Bai in Muang municipality and Bang Sai tambon municipality in Muang district was opened on Nov 16.
Motorists heading to Bangkok can go to Sukhumvit Road from the bridge. It was built to reduce traffic on the route to Chon Buri province.
