Six suspects charged in connection with an alleged sexual assault on a female product presenter attending the same party as Thitima "Lunlabelle" Noraphanpiphat were released on bail yesterday.

The Nonthaburi provincial court set bail at 36,000 baht each to Chaiyaphon Phanna, 29, Phikunthong Bunpha, 24, and Nathi Sathiphongsathaphon, 33, and ordered them to wear tracking devices.

Kritsada Lohitdi, 27, Phatthanan Raksakun, 26, and Koset Ritnithiroek, 35, were granted bail at 180,000 baht each.

Five of them were arrested in Bangkok while the sixth was arrested in Udon Thani.

According to police, the suspects were at the party at the house in Nonthaburi's Bang Bua Thong district on Sept 16 which was also attended by Thitima before she was found dead.

The charges were brought against them after another female product presenter who was hired to entertain guests at the house filed a complaint with police, telling them that she had passed out and had woken up naked. The police are also investigating whether the suspects were linked to Thitima's death.

Thitima was found dead early on Sept 17 on a sofa in the lobby of the condominium where male presenter Rachadech "Nam Oun" Wongtabutr lives, after they left the party at the house in Bang Bua Thong district at around 5pm the previous evening.

Mr Rachadech was arrested on Wednesday on charges of detaining her in a way that caused her death, molestation and committing an indecent act.

Police have said she died between 3pm and 7pm on Sept 16.

Meanwhile, 10 days after the tragic death of Thitima, her young daughter still does not understand why her mother has not come home.

The child's grandmother, Suppamas Noraphanpiphat, said yesterday 3-year-old Bam Bam was still asking her why she had not seen her mother for days.

"She still asks me when I put her to bed, 'where is Mummy Belle'," Ms Suppamas said. "I have had to tell her she is working late these days."

The family took Bam Bam with them to Wat Sakae Ngam for the chanting rite for Lunlabelle.

Lunlabelle's body was moved from the temple in Bang Khunthian district in Bangkok to the Medical Research Centre at Thammasat University Rangsit campus in Klong Luang district of Pathum Thani on Thursday.

Her parents are waiting for the Central Institute of Forensic Science of the Justice Ministry to perform a fresh autopsy to confirm the cause of death.

The results released from the first autopsy, by Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, pointed to extreme alcohol intoxication, although the full report has not been released.

Lawyer, Monchai Dechaparpa, said the family was satisfied with the progress of the case so far.
