Foreign Affairs Minister Don Pramudwinai has tested positive for Covid-19, potentially putting Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha and other officials at Government House at risk.
The Foreign Ministry reported yesterday that Mr Don, 72, tested positive after using an antigen kit and an RT-PCR test confirmed the result on Thursday night.
That day he had met the governor of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, Tadashi Maeda, who also paid a courtesy call on Gen Prayut at Government House.
