Industry minister has Covid-19

Industry Minister Suriya Jungrungreangkit tested positive for Covid-19 on Saturday and is now recovering, according to his secretary Kritchanon Aiyapanya.

Mr Kritchanon yesterday that Mr Suriya is showing mild symptoms and is now under medication.

He said the minister will work from home until his doctor allows him to return to the office.

Public Health Minister, Anutin Charvirakul, has recovered from disease after testing positive on June 28.

He is expected to return to the office today.

Meanwhile, Commerce Minister Jurin Laksanawisit, who recently recovered from the disease, is expected to attend a cabinet meeting tomorrow.
