'Not enough time' to discuss weed bill

The chairman of a House committee vetting the controversial cannabis and hemp control bill, Supachai Jaisamut, said there might not be enough time for parliament to deliberate the draft legislation when it reconvenes on Nov 2.

As there are four other bills slated for deliberation by the House that day, Mr Supachai said the day might end before the bill is discussed by parliament.
