The Comptroller General's Department is urging 380,000 eligible people who did not get the 10,000-baht cash handout to link their bank accounts to their national ID with the PromptPay system before Dec 16.
The Finance Ministry says more than 14 million state welfare cardholders and people with disabilities received transfers in the first phase from Sept 25-30, while 381,287 transfers were unsuccessful.
Three more transfer attempts will be made to those who have not received their payments, the Comptroller General's Department has said.
The next transfer is scheduled for Oct 22, with a PromptPay link-up deadline of Friday. The November transfer will occur on Nov 22, with a deadline of Nov 18. The final transfer is set for Dec 22, with a cut-off date of Dec 16.
The Comptroller General's Department says recipients who do not amend their details during the retry period will forfeit their payment rights.
The main reasons for failed transfers include closed bank accounts or incorrect bank account numbers for people with disabilities.
