I also love LES MILLS BARRE, a modern version of classic balletic training that gives me a buzz.”
Actor and content creator Piyapol Muangmee is equally excited with the outdoor training ambiance at Jetts Asoke club. “This is a great hideaway in the heart of Bangkok. My favourite sport is football, which I play once or twice a week, plus training at gym 3 – 4 times a week,” he said.
