Vistara, India’s finest full-service carrier and a JV of Tata and Singapore Airlines, now flies daily between Bangkok and New Delhi, India.
The airline inaugurated the daily flight to Bangkok, Thailand in August 2019, becoming the only airline to offer the choice of Premium Economy Class for travel between India and Thailand, in addition to Business and Economy class.
With world-class cabin features, complimentary gourmet meals served in all three cabins, a seamless on-ground experience and service by cabin crew trained to the exacting standards of Tata and Singapore Airlines, travellers can now fly in style with Vistara to explore India. Customers from Bangkok can take convenient onward connections via Delhi on Vistara to several destinations within India including Amritsar, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.
Vistara is the highest-rated Indian airline on Skytrax and TripAdvisor, and the winner of several ‘Best Airline’ awards. It has consistently raised the bar for operations and service delivery in the Indian aviation industry in a short span of time to be known as India’s only five-star airline (per 2020 APEX OFFICIAL AIRLINE RATINGS™).
In a short span of about five years, Vistara has won over millions of passengers offering them the ‘new feeling of flying’ with a world-class product, while rapidly expanding its network and fleet. Today, Vistara connects 34 cities in India and abroad, operates more than 200 flights a day with a fleet of 28 Airbus A320 and 9 Boeing 737-800NG aircraft, and has flown over 20 million passengers.
Aiming further expansion within and outside of India, Vistara aims to have a total of 42 aircraft in its fleet by March 2020, including the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner and the Airbus A321neo. The airline is on course to induct more than 50 new aircraft, a mix of narrow-body and wide-body, within the next four years, moving forward in its vision of becoming a global airline of choice. It’s partnerships with 28 major airlines around the world, including codeshare agreements with British Airways, Japan Airlines, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, SilkAir and United Airlines, offers customers a seamless flying experience across an extended global network.
