Savour sumptuous samplers from Akira Back’s signature dishes, including the famous tuna pizza appetizer, followed by a signature platter of salmon tartare, truffle croquette, lobster roll and A5 beef tataki. End the night with a glass of dessert wine and a special sweet treat.
