Social Distancing: Guidelines in lifts and public spaces provided along with staff guidance to reduce person density and face-to-face contact. Coordination with office tenants to stagger lift usage.

Clean Hands: Hand sanitizer dispensers provided for visitors and staff at all main entrances.

Hygiene in Restaurants, Cafés & Beauty Outlets: Restaurants/cafés as well as beauty and wellness brands have implemented elevated hygiene measures and staff training, including:

  • Daily temperature checks for all staff when entering the building
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers in all outlets; staff provided with gloves and masks while working
  • Dishes cooked using fresh ingredients which are thoroughly washed, with food equipment cleaned and sanitized using disinfectant and high-temperature steam after each use
