Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, MEA offices will temporarily no longer offer certain services

In compliance with government agencies’ directives to prevent spreading of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and for the safety of the general public, MEA hereby announces that its offices will temporarily no longer provide the following services:

• changing names of power users; 

• collateral transfers, and; 

• applications for collateral refunds. 

These services will be resumed once the virus spread has abated. 

Other services including power outage repairs are still provided at MEA offices.

Those requesting collateral refunds are invited to register online at  http://measy.mea.or.th 24 hours. Or register through tel. no. 0 2256 3333 (50 lines) from 8.00 –15.30 hrs. (business days), from 25 March 2020 onwards with no deadline.
