Notice is hereby given that Myint Thein @ Min Han (Myint Thein also known as Min Han), Myanmar Citizenship Scrutiny Card No. 12/Da Ga Na (Naing) 007051 and Passport No. MB 171160, residing at No. 22, Nawaday Street, Yaw Min Gyi Ward, Dagon Township, Yangon, Myanmar

Myanmar Nationality is the lawful and rightful proprietor of the trademarks as represented below (the “Trademarks”). The Trademarks have been used and continue to be used in Thailand under upon, inter alia, tea leaves, pickled tea leaves, fried nuts, preserved nuts, dried cereals (the “Products”). The Trademarks are registered with the Trademark Office of the Department of Intellectual Property of Thailand under following Registration Numbers since 2013. The same trademarks have also been recorded in Myanmar.

NOTICE is further given that Myint Thein @ Min Han has been distributing the Products bearing the above trademarks in Myanmar and has never appointed anyone as an official distributor nor granted exclusive rights to anyone to distribute the Products in Thailand. As such, any individual is allowed to bring the Products to be distributed and sold in Thailand, but cannot claim themselves to be the Sole Distributor.

Any misrepresentation or unauthorized use of the Trademarks in relation to the Products may constitute an offence under the Trademark Act B.E. 2534 as amended by the Trademark Act (Volume II) B.E. 2543 and/or the Penal Code and/or Civil and Commercial Code.  

Any information regarding the importation, sale and distribution of counterfeit products bearing the Trademarks owned by Myint Thein @ Min Han may be reported to their counsel:
