Explore the implications and options before choosing the right 5G package for you

Fifth generation, or 5G, technology is today’s most effective wireless

communication mode. It’s currently on trial for future development because of the tremendous amount of data, both visual and sound, being transferred and the prospect that it will definitely only increase in volume going forward.

5G utilisation is not limited only to smart phones; its cultivation is apparent in machine-to-machine and man-to-machine operations, including applications in production, manufacturing and infrastructure systems.

The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) Deputy Secretary-General Suthisak Tantayothin states, “5G deployment is diverse and NBTC is urging everyone to gain knowledge and understanding in order to take advantage of 5G technologies. We’re also urging caution.”

These are two aspects to cultivating 5G benefits to greatest advantage:

1. Users’ readiness in terms of tech knowledge, equipment, available services, database, and connectivity.

2. Service providers’ readiness in terms of 5G strategic investment and nationwide network coverage establishment.

Consumers are advised to consider which data packages best respond to their requirements at the most appropriate price.
Caution should be applied when conducting financial transactions with banks or online shopping outlets as well as dealing with medical applications as mistakes may occur due to any small missteps because of the ultra-high-speed data flow.

Users are therefore urged to exercise caution before embarking on the 5G technology journey. Please take time to learn about it and select the most appropriate packages. Get to understand the technology you choose as it will define more than just your consumption of high definition video streaming.
