AP still leads in market for urban single detached homes

Gets super active before year-end with “The City Sukhumvit – Onnut” launched as new home series to tap into demand for homes in the Sukhumvit area

AP (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd., the leader in the development of residential properties with the Empower Living mission to fulfil every life purpose, reaffirmed its No. 1 position in Thailand’s market for single detached homes with phenomenal sales like hot cakes.

To wrap up the year, the company is moving full steam ahead to tap into urban families’ demand for high-end residences in the Sukhumvit area with The City Sukhumvit – Onnut project worth Bht 1,280 million launched under a new series of home models. The City Sukhumvit – Onnut stand for the best in design with simple yet elegant looks coupled with symmetrical lines, interior functional areas presented in a new dimension for a novel experience as well as an integration of a home innovation that understands hybrid living where security, facilitation and innovative 24-hour care are paramount for all generations of family members. Special privileges are available to only 88 families at prices stating from Bht 12 million to Bht 20 million. First booking is open on 12 – 13 December.

Mr. Ratchayud Nunthachotsophol, Chief Business Group, Single Detached Home, AP (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd., said, “For the overall outlook for the low-rise market in the final stretch of the year, we see a good trend in demand at tje upper-middle end of the market among customers looking for new houses. It is evident in a leap in the number of visitors to AP’s low-rise projects and growth of low-rise presales. We were able to amass Bht 26,390 million worth of low-rise presales for the first 11 months. This is well above our projected presales for the whole year of Bht 22,500 million. Emphasis will be placed particularly on launching new single detached home projects in Bangkok’s hubs such as the Sukhumvit area because the supply of single detached homes in city centre areas is still low, especially in a situation where families of the next generation are looking for a detached house as their first family home. So we have worked to figure out the changing needs of our customers to deliver homes that are superior to available products in the market in terms of design, functional space size, increased common areas, an integration of a home innovation that understands hybrid living, which is the strength of AP’s detached homes, and the right price point  for customers in those locations. We are confident that our presales event for The City Sukhumvit – Onnut, which will be the first preview of our new series of homes and the final highlight of this year, will definitely be well received by our customers.”

“As for what is special about The City Sukhumvit – Onnut, we have made forays into the market for single detached homes in the Sukhumvit area by introducing a new series of homes under the concept ‘Live to Express Your Success’ – the result of our deep understanding of how uses of different spaces should be for big families living in the Sukhumvit area. It culminated in a makeover of architecture. So houses in the new series are outstanding with simple looks together with unique symmetrical lines and forms while interior functional areas are presented along a new journey. The intention of our design was to create a double volume linking together the first and second floors. Not only does it add elegance to the vantage point and interior light, it also creates continuity for life space and living relationship for every member of the family,” said Mr. Ratchayud.

“And for the management of space functions inside the new series homes at The City Sukhumvit – Onnut, we admire to our strength in the way we manage AP’s single detached homes on the standpoint of ‘a home that understands life’ which is made superior with the integration of technology into space design right from the design of a massive guest reception space that is connected to a long-table dining space, closed kitchen space, down to a step-free bedroom floor with a built-in bathroom that can be adapted into a bedroom for the elderly in the future. The family living room is designed to be adequate for all family members across the first and second floors. The second-floor bedroom emphasises large space with a resting corner and a large walk-in closet for maximum storage. The quality of life for all generations is taken to the next level with the integration of a hybrid living innovation which facilitates and improves peace of mind for superior living to conventional developments. It includes a tight security system with the installation of magnetic theft prevention and shock sensors for the whole building, a smart spot remote for home convenience, renewable energy innovation in the common areas, and a 24-hour home management system through Katsan platform – all to ensure it is truly the best single detached for urban living,“ added Mr. Ratchayud.
