Kimberly-Cark Professional (KCP), a global leader in hygiene products, has joined forces with Grab Kitchen to pilot "Hygiene Excellence", a project aiming to raise hygiene standards in the Food Service business by ensuring professional levels of cleanliness and safety.

The training kicked off at Grab Kitchen, Samyan Market branch, with seven renowned restaurants. Trainers comprise experts in Food Hygiene and Food Safety from M.S.C Thai Culinary School.

The criteria for training and evaluation is the QSC (Quality Service and Cleanliness) Standardization Assessment, applied in conjunction with the Kimberly-Clark Professional PACCE program, which results in five outcomes: Personal Hygiene, Audit Readiness, Cleaning Efficiency, Cross-Contamination Prevention, Exceptional Safety.

The trained shop affixes Hygiene Excellence stickers to its food boxes to indicate the cleanliness of the kitchen.
KCP expects to bring its outstanding hygiene project to other branches of grab kitchen by 2021.

KCP is actively raising cleanliness standards across a range of industries, including SMEs, so that consumers can fully count on cleanliness, safety and hygiene.
