Radiating sheer brilliance and passion Robert Tuzzo serves the underserved real estate community through robust educational resources.

Robert Tuzzo is helping professionals adapt and change the way they learn about real estate.

Year after year, we may come across success stories that prove that hard work, resilience and determination can help anybody and everybody across industries to get nearer their visions they hope to come to fruition. Professionals from different industries have been showing sheer brilliance and commitment in not only pushing their limits to excel in the industry but also help other professionals increase their knowledge and grow as individuals.

The US real estate industry has seen Robert’s relentless efforts to achieve this self-imposed goal. After he realised that the industry experienced many inefficiencies in conducting business and how certain transactions and day-to-day business operations became slower, Robert saw the need to create an organisation that can provide the right knowledge, tools, and educational resources for emerging real estate professionals and the underserved real estate community to make them better prepared and more knowledgeable about the industry.

As a veteran in the space, Robert has given over two decades of his life to come up with innovations. He currently serves as the Division VP at the Cross Country Mortgage which is one of the largest privately-owned banks in the US.

A few years ago, Robert noticed inefficiencies in the industry among real estate professionals of all experience levels and became concerned that they were taking the industry backwards. So he decided to start the New York School of Real Estate with lead trainer Doug Vairo. Seeing an essential need in the educational realm of the mortgage and real estate space, he started his school as a pro-bono institution that provides needed education to the underserved real estate community.

Despite the digital boom, Robert saw how people were stuck in the more traditional ways of operation, which made them lose sustainable business opportunities. Especially amid the pandemic, where people can't meet, Robert saw how important it is to focus on a digitally-minded approach. This led him to create a new application called Digital Blueprint, a fast-growing platform for helping people create their digital footprint and make a robust impact online.

The organisation had recently conducted a 90 day, 50 people limited pilot program devoted to this concept. People are provided with advice from social media professionals, session documents, Q & A segments, educational recordings and other educational resources that give them a one-on-one feel throughout the intensive program. The real estate veteran believes that it is essential to focus on enhancing talents and skills and growing sets of tools for positioning oneself for success.

He has already impacted the lives of over 30,000 real estate professionals through his school so far. He is now up to 3,000 participants a week and trending upwards towards 150,000 professionals through his digital platform. The aim, as ever, is to reach many more professionals and help them take their business to new heights.
