‘AP’ shows strong ‘SDH’ presales growing by 100% maintains momentum into Q2 with two new launches worth 1,650 million baht

AP (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd., has revealed presales of its single detached homes in the first quarter to be reaching 4,300 million baht, a growth of over 100%, despite a lack of new launches.

The performance is further testimony to AP’s single detached home leadership with the main product positioning as a home that understands life.

For the second quarter, the company will keep growth momentum going under the main mission to EMPOWER LIVING by enabling customers to live a good life on their own terms.

More ready-to-sell homes will be added to hot-selling locations where AP already has positive customer feedback and the company has plans to launch two new projects, namely CENTRO Ratchapruek-Sunapak 3 and CENTRO Phahol-Vibhavadi 2, both valued at 1,650 million baht.

And to keep meeting demand for ready-to-live-in homes, the company has introduced a special campaign where customers will pay 0 baht and get a full package of freebies for the home of their choice. For this super special promotion, the company has selected the best single detached homes under brands THE PALAZZO, THE CITY and CENTRO in 38 prime locations across Bangkok. Prices of the houses on offer range from 4.99 million baht to 60 million baht. The promotion is valid now until 30 June 2021 only.

Mr. Ratchayud Nunthachotsophol, Chief Business Group, Single Detached Home, AP (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd., said, “We see that low-rise products will continue to be superstars in the property market in the second quarter of 2021. This is especially the case with projects that offer more space functions at a price that offers higher value for money in comparison to competitors in the same location. We have the proof from the success of AP’s single detached homes in the first quarter. Despite being without new launches, AP’s single detached homes still recorded presales of 4,290 million baht or a growth of over 100% over the same period of the previous year. It is further testimony to AP’s market leadership and our important positioning of offering single detached homes that understand life and have the right answers for urban families. It’s what makes customers trust AP and enables us to have outstanding sales growth despite unfavourable market conditions.”

“To keep growth momentum going in the second quarter, AP’s Single Detached Home Business Group is ready to proceed with its main mission to EMPOWER LIVING by delivering good quality of life on our customer’s terms, with plans to manage our ready-to-sell portfolio. We are preparing to launch the first two projects worth a total of 1,650 million baht as we further expand our market for single detached homes in best-selling locations where AP has great customer reception for existing projects that have nearly closed sales but where we found ample demand from a lot of families. It led us to plan more launches of single detached homes that understand life. It started with (1) CENTRO Phahol-Vibhavadi 2 worth 1,250 million baht on an area of 58 rai. This project is comprised of 249 single detached homes complete with more space functions for new-generation families. The location is near Phaholyothin Road (incoming) close to MRT Red Line, only 15 minutes to Vibhavadi Road and the tollway. Prices range from 5-8 million baht, and (2) CENTRO Ratchapruek-Suanpak 3 valued at 400 million baht. This project is located on an area of 10 rai and offers only 43 exclusively available homes for urban families. All homes will be remarkable with modern design and space functions worthy of every square inch. The site is only five minutes to Sri Ratch Expressway close to MRT Blue Line. Prices range from 8.99-12 million baht. These two new projects are scheduled for presales the same days on 12-13 June 2021 at their Sales Offices,” said Mr. Ratchayud.

In response to demand from ever increasing customers seeking ready-to-live-in homes, the company has launched a special campaign for single detached homes, where customers will pay 0 baht and get a full package of freebies for the home of their choice. For this campaign, the company has selected some of the best single detached homes from 38 beautiful locations around Bangkok, covering brands THE PALAZZO, THE CITY and CENTRO. Among the best campaign offerings are free transfer day expenses as well as a special deal, namely free air conditioners, curtains and other items for a whole house. Prices on offer range from 4.99–60 million baht. The offer is available to customers who book and have ownership transferred now until 30 June 2021 only.

“The campaign will make it easier for customers to own a new ready-to-live-in single detached home and is the best the company can give back to homebuyers during this time, and it is confident it will be well received as expected,” said Mr. Ratchayud.

“Although the real estate industry is still feeling the ripple effect of the Covid-19 pandemic whose challenges are beyond anyone’s control, we are confident that demand from urban families looking for ready-to-live-in single detached homes and new single detached homes will remain. Our Single Detached Home Business will not stop developing products and services that empower living in every aspect, as we work to build a home that understands life, one that is practical for every family member and a home where every square metre serves to facilitate living in an era when a home is more than a home. Moreover, we offer a richer combination of interior space functions and common areas with hybrid living innovations. This is the strength of AP’s single detached homes which include safety, convenience and 24-hour community care in the right price package sought after by customers in each location. We are confident that the launch of the two new projects and the special campaign for ready-to-live-in homes will be another well received highlight in the second quarter and that it will enable AP to sustainably maintain its growth momentum and leadership in the single detached home market,” concluded Mr. Ratchayud.

AP Thailand’s EMPOWER LIVING mission creates and provides products or services that empower AP customers and those related to live a good life on their own terms.
