Brand new finance technology (FinTech) firm Bitnance, powered by blockchain technology developed by a team of Thai boffins, has announced its official launch, with capital of 150 million baht, alongside Traderist Academy a new development centre for the next generation of investors.
Discussing the launch, Mr. Worawat Narknawdee, Chief Executive Officer of Bitnance Company Limited, disclosed that Bitnance was established to develop and provide FinTech software services, as well as create financial innovations using world-class blockchain technology in line with the cryptocurrency trend, which is now transforming the financial world into a decentralised financial system.
The company was registered with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on January 12, 2021 with a registered capital of 150 million baht.
“The entire investment budget was derived from profits earned through global trading investment,” Mr. Worawat said. “Aiming to deliver superior investment experience for clients who use company products, we emphasise modern technology, speed and a user-friendly platform that meets the highest safety standards under corporate governance principles as strictly required by law, which we adhere to as a key pillar in management.”
