MEA launches “MEA Save Green Save You”

Marketing and Customer Relations Department injects 1 million baht to help Covid-19 patients

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has donated 1 million-baht under its “MEA Save Green Save You” project to help Covid-19 patients. The donation will be allocated equally to Sainoi Hospital, Pakkred Hospital, Bang But Thong Hospital, and Pranangklao Hospital, all of which are currently providing shelter and medical assistance to Covid-19 patients.

“MEA Save Green Save You” is led by MEA’s Marketing and Customer Relations Department and coincided with MEA’s celebrations of the 63rd anniversary of its founding taking place throughout August 2021.

During the project, customers were invited to enrol in MEA e-Bill service and MEA added 100 baht per applicant into the funds to be donated to the hospitals. As the number of e-Bill applicants was considerable, MEA has donated 1 million baht to help Covid-19 patients.

MEA would like to express its gratitude to the customers who enrolled in e-Bill and for enabling the help to patients as well as helping to reduce the use of paper in billings.

Those interested in joining MEA e-Bill can still register at https://ebill.mea.co.th where they can get online access to e-Invoice, e-Receipt/e-Tax Invoice, and e-Notification.

The first 15,000 applicants also receive a 50 baht discount code for online shopping at Shopee.
