The exclusive cooking class was organized in collaboration with Chef Ian Pongtawat Chalermkittichai of Cuisine Concept, a well-known Kitchen Lab & Event Space in Thailand. Invited Le Crueset's VIP guests to share their culinary experiences with celebrity chef, one of MasterChef Thailand's committee.
In this cooking class, Chef Ian has chosen Sourdough, a traditional bread that is both delicious and a starter for other bread making. which gives it a distinct flavor and texture. The main ingredients for cooking are Japanese whole wheat flour, wheat flour, salt, water and microorganisms known as "yeast."
How to make sourdough bread. The VIP guests used a fine enameled Le Creuset Signature Round Casserole/Oven Cast Iron. This colorful cookware can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes.
