Celebrate the Festive Season at Blue by Alain Ducasse

Fine-dining lovers can celebrate the start of the festive season in style with new seasonal menus at the contemporary French restaurant Blue by Alain Ducasse. Located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in ICONLUXE, ICONSIAM, the legendary chef’s first restaurant in Thailand recently welcomed diners back into the magnificent dining room in time for the holiday season.

Executive Chef Wilfrid Hocquet and his team’s new menus include a new Set Lunch menu served from 12-3 pm with two options— four courses priced at THB 1,950++ and five courses for THB 2,550++. Both the a la carte lunch and dinner menus also feature new dishes.

Enhancing the culinary experience is the brand-new specially curated Blue Signature menu featuring luxury and seasonal products. Now available in two options THB 4,250++ and THB 5,950++, it starts with the outstanding Ostra Regal oyster – known for its high meat ratio and sweet, subtle and well-balanced flavours – served with horseradish. 

This is followed by a free-range chicken and black truffle pithivier and the Beaufort cheese and white truffle ravioli in Noilly-Prat sauce. For mains, the choice is between French venison with radicchio and blackcurrant, poivrade sauce, or the Miyazaki A5 Wagyu with Dauphine potatoes and carrots. 

It ends with matured Comte cheese and quince condiment, passion fruit with olive oil and Thai basil, and chocolate from the Alain Ducasse manufacture in Paris with cocoa nib ice cream. 

Diners opting for the second option are served king crab with gold caviar & citrus and line-caught French sea bass with butternut, mussels & tarragon.

The restaurant has taken all precautions to ensure diners and staff are safe. All guidelines regarding restaurant hours, occupancy limits and dining restrictions as prescribed by the public health ministry will be strictly followed.

With its prime location on the river, Blue by Alain Ducasse is the perfect place to catch the year-end festivities and enjoy the new seasonal options, as well as the special Christmas and New Year menus to be announced later.

Blue by Alain Ducasse is the celebrated chef’s first restaurant in Thailand and opened in November 2019. The restaurant was recently awarded one Michelin star in the 2021 Michelin Guide Thailand. It’s striking interiors took the top spot on the industry-leading design publication Interior Design’s Best of the Year Award list in the Fine Dining category.
