Plan more outlets and celebrate latest storefront in Central Ayutthaya

Mister Donut – Auntie Anne’s – two flagship brands in bakery and beverages under CRG are welcoming the improved picture for restaurants coming into the fourth quarter, with signs of improved growth. They will continue expanding outlets with a range of models and concepts tweaked to meet changed customer expectations, and with a focus on convenience, speed and penetrating consumers as well as seeking new locations, on top of facilitating delivery channels and Omni channels.

Mr.Sucheep Tamacheepjareon, chief of bakery and beverage cuisine, Central Restaurants Group Co.,Ltd (CRG) disclosed that both Mister Donut and Auntie Anne’s would continue in business with proactive strategies to generate growth and adjust service formats and new models to deal with current consumer behavior, while accessing customers in any location and providing the easiest service. The company will also focus on new locations to get the storefronts in every area and access customers in various venues and communities. The company will also favor business in new formats of delivery and omnichannel. This can be seen from the performance of both brands which have generated satisfactory revenues. During the COVID situation we have continued adding branches - from April 2020 to the present (November 2021) we added 50 branches of Mister Donut and 35 branches of Auntie Anne’s.

Most recently, we opened Mister Donut branch number 400, and Auntie Anne’s branch number 200 at Central Ayutthaya to celebrate this new landmark responding to every lifestyle in Ayutthaya.

As for plans in 2022, these are to add 40 to 50 more Mister Donut outlets, and another 20 to 30 Auntie Anne’s outlets, with investment and marketing budgets of 150 MB. There will be further openings both in Bangkok and the provinces, and in shopping malls such as those of Central, Robinson, Thai Watsadu and hypermarket, as well as other sites with potential such as gas stations and universities.

As for expanding with the franchise model, Mister Donut is giving the opportunity to any interested parties to be part of investment in a branch outlet. There are two formats of investment in the Kiosk and Delco, with the franchise fee starting at less than 1 million baht.
