Frasers Property Thailand reveals its resilient performance throughout COVID-19 with a dividend distribution of THB 0.34 at the virtual Annual General Meeting 2022

Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or “FPT”, the first company with a fully integrated real estate platform in Thailand, successfully drives its businesses throughout economic challenges during COVID-19 by adopting its ‘One Platform’ strategy with its integrated residential, industrial and commercial asset classes. At the Annual General Meeting 2022 (AGM) led by Mr. Chainoi Puankosoom, Chairman of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, and Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, FPT announced the dividend distribution at THB 0.34 per unit which will be paid on 11 February 2022.

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and as part of its commitment to providing a safe and conducive environment to its stakeholders, on 12 January 2022, Frasers Property Thailand adopted a virtual AGM for shareholders for the second consecutive year. Broadcasting from Victor Club, 7th floor, Mitrtown Office Tower, FPT's virtual AGM provided a safe solution, offering shareholders the opportunity to participate and vote via online from anywhere regardless of their location.

All the matters submitted to the shareholders for approval as set out in the Company's notice of meeting dated 14 December 2021 were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the AGM.
