The Aspen Tree presents new “Lifetime Care” concept at World Ageing Festival

Ms. Hye June Park, President of The Aspen Tree by MQDC, presented at the “Ageing Asia 2022-World Ageing Festival” in Singapore, where she explained the 50+ community’s approach, combining healthy living and lifetime care as Southeast Asia’s finest community for older adults.
The Aspen Tree by MQDC joined the “Ageing Asia 2022-World Ageing Festival”, where it was represented by its President, Ms. Hye June Park, leading a team including Mr. Vithaya Sintharapantorn, SVP of Marketing for MQDC, and Ms. Ganyawat Srisukon, AVP of Sales for The Aspen Tree.
Ms. Hye June Park spoke on “The Aspen Tree Project in Bangkok, Thailand” at the event, explaining its concept of “A Community for Healthy Living & Lifetime Care” with holistic services for every resident.
Marketing and sales executives spoke with the media, appointed a sales representative in Singapore, and explained The Aspen Tree’s concept and benefits to target groups throughout the four-day event.

The Aspen Tree’s distinctive focus on “Holistic Lifetime Care” attracted interest from the media and potential customers. Sales representatives were set to arrange a visit by 20 prospective purchasers at the end of June.

The Aspen Tree by MQDC met an enthusiastic response at the “Ageing Asia 2022-World Ageing Festival” in Singapore. During the event, the 50+ community’s team appointed a sales representative to meet the great interest from Singapore’s older adults in the community for healthy living and lifetime care.
The Aspen Tree is a healthy living community with lifetime care for residents of 50 and over. The project combines residences with holistic services as Thailand’s first and Southeast Asia’s finest community for older adults.
The community of 290 residences is at The Forestias, a new forested district across 157 acres at Bangna designed in every aspect for health and happiness.
The home ownership concept includes, in addition to lifetime residency, a lifetime service package with healthcare and wellness services, housekeeping services, and healthy breakfast.
Residents also enjoy communal dining areas. The Clubhouse hosts social activities such as art and crafts workshops and health and wellness programs. The Health & Brain Center can provide specialised medical services, if needed.
Ageing Asia 2022 – World Ageing Festival was held virtually on 23-27 May and in-person on 24-25 May in Singapore. Since its launch in 2009, Ageing Asia Innovation Forum (AAIF) and Exhibition has grown into an annual meeting place for 5,000 global eldercare leaders and baby boomers. The festival claims to be the biggest international aging week. By 2025, the Asia-Pacific aging market is projected at US$4.56 trillion.
