Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., was awarded the "Excellent Award for Safety, Occupational Health, and Work Environment: National Level" in the award presentation ceremony entitled "Thailand Labour Management Excellence Award 2022", hosted by the Ministry of Labour, in order to give the award to the establishment that has been accomplishing the award for 20 consecutive years.
In this regard, the Ajinomoto Kamphaeng Phet Factory was given this award for the 20th consecutive year, which is considered to be an outstanding establishment model that has been awarded for a long time. This reflects Ajinomoto’s dedication to operating its business with the management of safety, occupational health, and work environment in accordance with the law and international standards. The company places great emphasis and focus on every business establishment to strictly adhere to international standards at all times. The award was recently presented by Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong, Assistant to the Labour Minister (rightmost), to Mr. Anan Julkaiwansutjarit, Division Manager of Occupational Health and Safety Division of Kamphaeng Phet Factory (leftmost), as the representative receiver, at Grand Hall, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour, Bangkok.
The “Thailand Labour Management Excellence Award 2022” was initiated by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour of Thailand, to honor the establishment that is dedicated to developing the labour management system until it is successful and meets international criteria with outstanding improvement of workers' quality of life and raising awareness of social responsibility for labour in all dimensions and can become a model for further organisational development.
