New Thai owner has big plans for Miss Universe

Sees substantial branding opportunities and an NYSE listing coming up

Anne Jakapong Jakrajutatip, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of JKN Global Group Public Company Limited, projected that the Miss Universe Organization-MUO brand will get stronger in the near future, as the company has met an overwhelming response from Thailand’s leading retailers, hotels and tourism sectors.

As these sectors will become MUO’s strategic partners in producing high quality products and services for global consumers, Anne said she is confident that they will generate strong revenues together in the near future, especially in the beauty drinks segment. She believes that under the prestigious MU brand, such merchandise will quickly capture market share.

With a firm belief in the opportunities and strong potential for growth, Anne Jakapong brings a powerful vision that includes listing MUO on The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) by 2025, under the name JKN-Metverse. To this end, she is already consulting with Mr. Yuthapong Ma as a Director of JKN Global Group Public Company Limited and Director of Morgan Stanley (Thailand) who sees the potential to raise funds on the NYSE.

However, these issues must first be brought to the Board of Directors in accordance with the regulatory procedures of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) onwards.
