American Express has been named to Kincentric’s Best Employers Hall of Fame in Thailand, a recognition earned after winning the annual Best Employer award four times. The recognition reinforces American Express’ commitment to listening to its colleagues to provide a great colleague experience.

“At American Express, we value the unique perspectives and backgrounds of our colleagues,” said Mr. Prom Sirisant, Thailand Country Manager, American Express. “We are committed to listening to our colleagues to better understand their experiences and how we can continue to back them. Our goal is to ensure everyone feels a sense of belonging and can bring their authentic selves to work.”

American Express offers a compelling colleague value proposition that includes meaningful work and many opportunities for colleagues to grow throughout their career, a flexible and inclusive culture, and competitive pay and benefits to support their holistic wellbeing – their physical, financial and mental health.

We are proud to back our colleagues both personally and professionally:

  • Earlier this year the company announced Amex Flex, its new way of working model which provides flexibility for colleagues while preserving the important benefits of its special in-person culture. Amex Flex has three designations – hybrid, onsite, and fully virtual – with hybrid offering the most variety to accommodate business and colleague needs. Sentiment across our colleagues in Thailand has been positive.
  • For the second consecutive year, American Express maintained 100% pay equity across genders globally.
  • American Express Thailand has Colleague Networks that bring together people who share common experiences, interests and backgrounds. Colleagues are welcome to join any network whether they are a member of the community or want to learn more and show their support.
  • In 2022, the company celebrated a decade of its Healthy Minds program — a global program designed to back colleagues’ and their loved ones’ mental well-being by enabling access to industry-leading mental health counselling and support. This program is available to 100% of its colleagues across 39 countries, and also extends to anyone they live with.
