Thailand and Japan real estate leaders set to build on their condo development venture to create new value for Thai industry

AP Thailand Public Co., Ltd., the residential property industry leader with Cheevit Dee Dee Tee Lueak Eng Dai brand promise, led by Mr. Anuphong Assavabhokhin, Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Pichet Vipavasuphakorn, Managing Director, along with Mr. Hirotaka Sugiyama, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Junichi Yoshida, President & Chief Executive Officer, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., (MEC) recently attended AP-MEC: 10 Years Strategic Partnership meeting in Tokyo to review a decade of successful condominium development investment in Thailand. Both companies have continuously worked together in depth in their joint condominium ventures, going beyond capital injection to make good living accessible on everyone’s terms. AP and MEC have so far developed 24 condominium projects together worth in excess of Bht 115,000 million. They plan to continue the partnership well into the future with a promise to harness their synergies to create new value in Thailand’s condominium industry.
