Thai Oil Public Company Limited represented by Mr. Sarayut Jitprasertngam, Vice President, Corporate Governance, Compliance & Legal, received three ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard Awards for the second consecutive year, namely, ASEAN Top 20 PLCs Award, Country TOP 3 (Thailand) Award, and ASEAN Asset Class Publicly Listed Companies Award.
The 2021 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard Virtual Awards were revealed online live from the Philippines by ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) in collaboration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and six ASEAN countries (Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam), to recognise and honor listed companies that adhere to the principles of good corporate governance in conducting business.
