
Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., led by Mr. Takumi Kazarimoto (centre), Vice President, together with Mr. Thongdee Paso (right), Managing Director, and Mr. Sornchai Kusonjai (left), Director, attended the TBCSD Annual Council Meeting 2022, organised by the Thailand Business Council for Sustainable Development (TBCSD).
The participation involved attending special lectures and acknowledging TBCSD's achievements in driving the economy, society, and the environment towards sustainability throughout 2022. TBCSD members and alliances covering all major industries in Thailand totalling 500 participants from 43 organisations expressed cooperation and emphasised the goal of driving the business towards sustainability.
The commitment of Ajinomoto Thailand in VDO format, as stated by Mr. Ichiro Sakakura, President of Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., was also shared via the online system, mentioning that “Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd. is making every effort to create a sustainable society. We have defined two outcomes: extension of healthy life expectancy and reduction of environmental impact. We are transforming to a company that solves food and health issues in order to lead creation of well-being. As a commitment, Ajinomoto Group will achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.”
