Ajinomoto Home Cooking welcomes students from Siam Technological School

Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd. recently welcomed students from Siam Technological School under the Hotel Management program to join the company’s cooking class campaign under the concept of "Delicious and nutritionally balanced diets". The menu featured "Lettuce Pork Burger", a healthy flourless burger menu that uses lettuce instead of bread, has high energy and is full of nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats and other essential nutrition.

Though the menu is considered good for health, the taste is very delicious as it utilises the art of umami and special cooking techniques. Passed on by Chef Oung "Tipat Huasakul," an experienced young chef who finished 1st runner-up in the Celeb Chef Thailand SS1 competition, easy nutrition knowledge featured throughout the activity at Ajinomoto Home Cooking. The participants can apply the knowledge gained from the activities in their future careers. Having seen that cooking delicious and healthy dishes doesn’t have to be difficult, they can continue to enjoy cooking them.

During the activity, the students also visited the AJINOMOTO MUSEUM, a modern learning space where everyone could participate in a fun and interesting learning journey with Ajinomoto stories, vision and interactive display innovations. Thus the students get fun and enjoyment along with nutrition knowledge throughout the activities that are in response to the company’s mission to become "a solution-providing group of companies for food and health issues through unlocking the power of amino acids to support the healthy lives of people all around the world."
