Ngern Tidlor welcomes Elon University instructors and students to ‘TIDLOR Culture Wow’

Passing on organisation experiences and culture building a strong initiative driving business.

Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, or TIDLOR, led by Bernard Tso, Head of Marketing and Business Development and Information Technology Department, (middle row, 7th from right), welcomed 33 professors and students of Elon University, United States, to “TIDLOR Culture WOW” The objective of the gathering was for Ngern Tidlor to share its organisational culture building values and framework for solid business fundamentals development and provide advice on how to leverage IT development for sustainable business growth.

The visitors joined an office tour and participated in a Q&A session on how to build organisational culture as TIDLOR executives and team provided guidelines to build organisation value.

TIDLOR Culture Wow and TIDLOR Culture Camp are hosted under the TIDLOR Academy for parties outside the organisation as a means of sharing knowledge and experience in driving business forward encompassed in Ngern Tidlor’s organisational culture building while establishing guidelines for other enterprises to promote solid culture building.
