LH Bank highlights its outstanding investment application “Profita” by winning the Best App for Customer Experience Award 2023

Land and Houses Bank Public Company Limited, or LH Bank, won the Best App for Customer Experience Award 2023 from the Retail Banker International Asia Trailblazer Awards 2023.

The investment application “Profita” addresses the need for mutual fund investments with prominent features that enhance customers to become professional investors. Its user-friendly functions and full features include simultaneous fund comparison of up to 15 funds and real time profit-loss notification. Another highlight application of Profita, ROBO Advisor, is an intelligent personal assistant for investment planning from anywhere. 

The award recognises LH Bank’s achievement in delivering a great experience to customers beyond their expectation through innovations, products, services and advisory with quality.

The Retail Banker International Asia Trailblazer Awards are organised by Retail Banker International magazine (RBI) in collaboration with Arena International, England, Middle East Economic Digest (MEED), and Global Data, Singapore, to award organisations that adopt innovations to meet the demands of changing consumption behaviours in the digital era.
