Mr. Lucky Kwon, Air Solutions Product Director, LG Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd., said, "LG has been operating in Thailand for 35 years. We have received tremendous support from Thai consumers throughout this journey. As a token of appreciation for the trust and support extended to the LG brand, we are committed to enhancing the quality of life for Thai consumers. The company is acutely aware of the prevailing haze issue in the northern region, and therefore, we are donating our high-quality Air Purifier innovations to schools and child development centres in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. These institutions include Yupparaj Wittayalai School, Chiang Mai Municipality Child Development Centre, Samakkhi Wittayakhom School, and Wat Phrom Wiharn Child Development Centre. Our aim is to mitigate the impact of fine dust particles on children and youth. The LG PuriCareTM Air Purifiers are designed to meet the need for pure and clean air, which is crucial in consumers’ daily healthy lifestyle. LG provided the following Air Purifier products to schools and child development centres in the northern areas:
- LG PuriCareTM Floor Standing: Designed to provide comprehensive air purification for a room size of up to 158 square metres. Its 6-step air filtration system ensures efficient purification and effective distribution of clean air throughout the room. The HEPA Filter technology integrated into this product is capable of filtering PM dust particles as small as PM1.0, which is even smaller than PM2.5. Additionally, LG PuriCareTM Floor Standing is equipped with PM1.0 dust sensor technology, enabling the product to automatically adjust the dust filter level based on real-time measurements of dust concentration.
- LG PuriCareTM 360 Double: Designed to cover a room size of up to 100 square metres. Its unique feature is the ability to distribute air in 360 degrees, improving air circulation compared to previous models. This is made possible by the aircraft-style propeller technology incorporated into the design. Moreover, the Safe Plus feature allows the filter to be easily removed and cleaned. LG PuriCareTM 360 Double is equipped with a multi-stage air filtration system that effectively eliminates bacteria, viruses, odours, and PM1.0 particles. Users also have the convenience of monitoring the air quality in real-time through the LED screen and can control the unit’s operation intelligently through LG ThinQTM application.
- LG PuriCareTM 360 Hit: Designed to cover a room size of up to 61 square metres. Despite its compact size, this Air Purifier delivers powerful air purification capabilities. Equipped with a multi-stage air filtration system, the LG PuriCareTM 360 Hit effectively filters PM2.5 particles and allergens. One notable feature of this air purifier is its quiet operation with low noise, allowing for a peaceful and undisturbed environment. Users can conveniently control the LG PuriCareTM 360 Hit through LG ThinQTM application.
Donating LG Air Purifiers to schools and child development centres in the northern region is a testament to LG's commitment to enrich lives, aligning with the slogan "Life's Good." This initiative also serves as a gesture of gratitude to Thai society for the support extended to LG Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. throughout the company's 35 years of operation in the country.
