Hylife Developments Co., Ltd., under the management of Hylife Group Chiang Mai, led by Group CEO Mr. Shubhodeep Das, has been honoured with a prestigious award at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) 2024 Regional Edition. The event, organised by Enterprise Asia, took place on the 30th of August 2024, at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel the Surawongse. The award was presented by H.E. Datuk Jojie Samuel, the Malaysian Ambassador to Thailand, and Lt. General Sudhir Sharma, advisor to Enterprise Asia.
The Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) recognise outstanding organisations in the Asia-Pacific region. This year, over 150 companies from 16 countries were nominated across four categories: Master Entrepreneur, Inspirational Brand, Fast Enterprise, and Corporate Excellence. Only 35 companies were selected through a rigorous evaluation process by a panel of esteemed judges.
Hylife Developments Co., Ltd. has been honoured with the Fast Enterprise Award this year, making it one of only three companies to receive this prestigious recognition. The other recipients are TRADING & WHOLESALING from Singapore and TELECOMMUNICATIONS & ICT from Indonesia. This award acknowledges organisations that have demonstrated rapid growth in revenue, market share, internal management development, and social responsibility.
This accolade highlights the company’s success and excellence in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly within the Property Development Industry. It underscores Hylife Developments’ commitment to sustainable organisational growth. Founded over six years ago, the company takes pride in its journey of growth. Hylife Developments has developed both residential and commercial real estate projects in Chiang Mai, including Hycondo Thasala, which won the Fiabci Thai Prix D’Excellence Awards 2022, Hyparc Hang Dong, which received the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2023, Hyluxe Mae Rim, and our latest project, Hytown Maehia, which recently won the Fiabci Thai Prix D’Excellence Awards 2024. Earlier this year, Hylife Developments Co., Ltd. was honoured with the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) 2024 in the Green Leadership Climate Action category for its Hyfive Firebreak Fireline project. The award ceremony, organised by Enterprise Asia, took place in Vietnam at the end of June 2024.
