The US Green Building Council awarded this exceptional property the coveted LEED GOLD certification in the Operations and Maintenance (O+M) category. The second accolade, the 2-Star FITWEL certification, is an international standard developed by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and administered by the Center for Active Design (CfAD). This certification assesses and ranks buildings based on their ability to promote occupant health and well-being, reduce risks of communicable and non-communicable diseases, and mitigate economic impacts related to poor work performance and healthcare costs.
