B. Braun Thailand Wins "Best Companies" Award for Fifth Year

Celebrating five years of recognition, B. Braun Thailand also receives HR Asia’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Most Caring Company Awards in 2024.

B. Braun (Thailand) Limited has continued its success as a leading global medical technology company from Germany by winning the “HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024” for the fifth consecutive year, along with two special awards: the "HR Asia Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award" for the second year and the "HR Asia Most Caring Company Award" for the first year. 

B. Braun Thailand was recognised among the 71 companies shortlisted as winners for 2024 from the 298 applicants across over 20 industries, with certification based significantly on employees' feedback. 

These awards underscore B. Braun Thailand’s commitment to human resources excellence by prioritising employee well-being throughout their journey, from recruitment to development and recognition. To create an environment where everyone feels safe and valued, the company fosters a supportive work culture. Focusing its strategic initiatives on the three core competencies: trust, diversity, and accountability, the company has achieved continued success.
